A.J. founded a nonprofit called T.H.A.I. (Through Healing All Indigent) Children in 2011 to raise money for cleft lip and palate surgeries in developing nations. To date, he has been on five medical missions to Bangkok, Thailand, Santa Marta, Colombia, and Quito, Ecuador, and has raised over $100,000 from activities as simple as selling bracelets to ones as strenuous as climbing mountains.
